Hey there, it’s Joy, and I’m over the moon about this article on a Montreal hero saving a man’s life! Picture 87-year-old Sabato Borrelli, an active grandpa who tends his garden and makes wine, collapsing from cardiac arrest on his daily walk in Ahuntsic-Cartierville.

A stranger, who we now know includes someone named Esterez and another who stayed anonymous, performed CPR for 20 minutes, keeping him alive until help arrived.

I love how the Borrelli family, especially Gloria, is so moved, wanting to thank these “superheroes” who gave them more time with Sabato, who’s recovering after a second heart attack.

It’s so uplifting because it reminds us that heroes walk among us, acting fast without expecting praise, and it inspires everyone to learn CPR. This story’s a shining beacon of human goodness
